gphoto2 2.2.0 compile error fix

If anyone tried to compile this and got a gazillion of error during 'make', then the solution is to copy all files from /usr/local/include/gphoto2 to /gphoto2-2.2.0/gphoto2 dir.

I made packages for the 2.2.0 versions of libgphoto2 and gphoto2 here : http://www.slackware.com/~alien/slackbuilds/libgphoto2/ and http://www.slackware.com/~alien/slackbuilds/gphoto2/

I had those make errors too for libgphoto2, due to missing header files. I suppose the libgphoto2 developers never compile on a clean system. The compile runs fine if there is already a libgphoto2 installed, so that is what I did (and I mentioned this in the SlackBuild for people who want to compile from source).
