Your screen is that small? Change the resolution and settings with xfree86setup.

Well here are some drivers for your card I believe:
http://ranger.s3graphics.com/swlib/395drv/
THe Linux drivers have a README that explains how to install the drivers. Basically just extract the drives, and then as root run
./install.sh
which will be located in the directory you extracted.
I ain't sure if it edits your /etc/XF86Config to add the driver to the correct section.

the "savage" driver from xfree86 works with that card, my card is the Savage4 16mb AGP card and it works fine with xfree86-4.3 . I believe for the xfree86-3.3* series it uses the s3 driver. You can go into the /etc/X11/XF86Config file with your text editor in root and add the driver "savage" or "s3" in place of vesa or what ever driver you have there. Here is part of my XF86Config file on the video card
I know it says ELSA WINNER II they make the card but the chip set is S3 savage4 ,you can go to the Xree86 site and look up supported cards under S3 and it tells what driver to use
# Device configured by xf86config:
Section "Device"
Identifier "ELSA WINNER II"
Driver "savage"
# unsupported card
#VideoRam 16384
# Insert Clocks lines here if appropriate
EndSection
and my display settings are set at 1024x768 at 24bit
