gnuplot 4.6.3

Dear BDFL

There's been some activity on the Gnuplot front:

Current release is 4.6 (patchlevel 3)

http://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuplot/files/gnuplot/

I usually rebuild it here with lua and wx support but it would be nice to have the bug-fixes in the stock Slackware Gnuplot.

Unfortunately, gnuplot (in spite of the coincidental "gnu" part of the name), is not licensed under the GPL and uses a somewhat BSD like license, but not enough so to allow linking to a GPLed library such as GNU readline. So for binary distributions, the built-in readline functions will have to do.

I'll update gnuplot in the next -current batch, though.
