Gnumeric
I know that Fluxbox is Gnome-esq, Can I use Gnumeric in the Fluxbox desktop?

you can run any GNOME app in any other WM/DE. You dont even have to have gnome installed, just GTK libraries.
Basically, instead of the needed libraries (gtk) running all the time in gnome, when you start up the program it will initialize the needed files as well. This will make startup take 1-2seconds more the first time, but thats the only downfall.
