Getting my wireless up and running?

Running Slackware 10 on a Dell Inspiron 600m. I know Dell doesn't have drivers for this Intel PROset wireless NIC. Any clue how I can get it running in Slack?

Those are the drivers I need, but that stuff is a bit advanced for me. Even if I had an idea what to do with those drivers...
