Galaxy Nexus and Slackware64 14

I have a clean install of Slackware64. I can't access my Galaxy Nexus over MTP come hell or high water. I may have to mess around with udev rules but before I do that I thought I'd throw it out here to see if any other Slackers were using a Galaxy Nexus happily.

I use Slackware64 14 multilib with a Galaxy Nexus. All is well with me. I prefer adb to transfer my files, but seeing your post I decided to see if I could get mtp to work. I just installed the slackbuild of mtpfs.

Code:
mkdir ~/mtp
Code:
mtpfs ~/mtp
Seems to work fine. Are you sure your phone is set for mtp. What rom are you using?

I found the most reliable way to access files on my Nexus 7 is to just use adb.

There's a nice graphical frontend with a file manager called QtAdb
http://qtadb.wordpress.com/

You'll need to root your phone and install busybox to use the frontend, though.

I build mtpfs from slackbuilds.org. It's working well. Thanks
