FYI: Using visudo With An Editor Other Than vi

I noticed the following in the Current change log:

Code:
Wed Dec  2 20:51:55 UTC 2009
ap/sudo-1.6.8p12-i486-2.txz:  Rebuilt.
  Added --with-env-editor to ./configure flags so that users can do this:
  VISUAL=/usr/bin/pico visudo   OR   EDITOR=/usr/bin/pico visudo
For my office box still running 12.2 I recompiled the sudo package with that option. Sure is nice running visudo and not having to use vi.

No flame wars intended --- just sharing information with those who might want to recompile the package to take advantage of the editor defined in their VISUAL or EDITOR environment variables.
