fvwm config file for ALL users, located, where?

Okay so I'd like to change my config for my fvwm, usually that's located in /usr/share but I don't see it on my slackware?
Also, can I install fvwm-crystal and use that instead? Its more customizable with more features.
I'm brand new to slackware so bear with me please. I'm going to be having tons of stupid questions within the next few weeks, but I'll do what I can to search for answers before I ask.

you can use a .fvwmrc file in $HOME
or better, use a .fvwm directory
which will over-ride system settings.

fvwm -debug may tell you where the default is.

I am not aware of a universal config file but there might be one.

You can do what bigearsbilly said for per user settings (what I do).

You could also create a directory with the settings and then link all users to it.

Or you can use the command line switch -f to lauch with a particular config file.

The global config file is /etc/X11/fvwm2/system.fvwm2rc
By the way, you should try 2.5.X versions (there's no official Slackware package yet) they've some pretty nice options.
