For Pat: include the header files in procps?
 
Dear Pat,

Will it be possible to include the header files in the procps package?

As we discussed here, building of UGENE 1.12.0 needs readproc.h. It is a very useful bioinformatics suite (and user friendly, too!) and it will be a pity to drop it from SBo.
