I have a several questions referring to my window manager. I am using KDE and I want to know how to change the fonts to Netscape and use TTF fonts. I also want to know why I can't configure the XF86Config file to be by default 32 bit when I can use 32 bit on Windows ( I know they are different OSes, but I want to know if it's about the monitor or Video Adapter.
as far as im aware, from reading and such and just plain not seeing anything about it. i think that currently X 4.3.x and below doesnt support 32 bit...it may never support it. its not a question of why cant i its a question of when can i
as for your fonts problem i would suggest checking some stuff out in the client side netscape settings area. in konquerer its at settings>configure konquerer>appearance
it may be same or it may be different for netscape dunno...but i feel fairly confident that if konqueror has it netscape will too
Don't have it handy here, but there's a couple of HOWTO's on this issue. Try "Font HOWTO" or Font de-uglification HOWTO" in your favourite searchengine or check a HOWTO site like IBIBLIO

Windows does not support trully 32 bits graphics too, just 24 bits the others 8 bits are for other things than pixels (as far I know).
For true type font do :
fc-cache /your/TTF/Directory
and to verify :
fc-list
