Folders & files with Diacritic letters missing!
 

Hello,

I switched from Ubuntu to Slackware a few days ago and I'm loving it!!
But, I only recently became aware that all of my files and folder that contain Diacritic letter are not shown, in either xfce or KDE. At first I thought they were deleted, but they exist on my Windows boot. Being Croatian, I would like to see these files back!

I could rename all the files (roughly 30gb) in Windows, but that would take me forever!

Did you change your locale and language settings ? If you wanted just konqueror to see them go to settings, and then fonts, you'll have to select the right character encoding and the right font.
