Fluxbox 9.15.1 upgrade

Just updated flux via slackpkg to 9.15.1 but fbsetbg is no longer working in styles. It works in init and from cli.

Flux log says that style doesn't contain any background setting command. Can anyone confirm/deny this problem?

I got exactly the same problem recently during the last upgrade from svn (last week) it disappears oonly yesterday after another svn update and recompilation of fbx.
Now it works quite fine

Yes, from version 0.9.15 background in styles is set by new background command.
In Fluxbox's ChangeLog there is a short description about that feature.
http://fluxbox.sourceforge.net/version-0.9.php
It looks like themes from blackbox are becoming incompatible

Hmm. Says the command is now background.pixmap but I can't get that to work either.

Yeah it works ok in console or ~/.fluxbox/init as the old rootCommand but according to changelog it has been replaced by the 'background:' command in styles.

Hmm, maybe it needs background:tiled or background:centered before background.pixmap?

Oh, on different slackware forum I've found that it should be reversed... wierd... but let's try
So put background.pixmap ~/my_pic.png and then background.fullscreen
