Firefox is failing to load after upgrading to -current.

I recently upgraded to current and when i tried to run firefox it failed to load. So i tried running it in the terminal and got this message:
Quote:
XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /usr/lib64/firefox-31.0/libxul.so:
libharfbuzz.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Couldn't load XPCOM.
Im not really familliar with these types of issues can anyone help me out?

Try running:

Code:
whereis libharfbuzz.so
If it comes up, it could be a bad symlink from libharfbuzz.so.1 to the main shared harfbuzz library, and may need to be recreated..

Hello,

Is the package harfbuzz-0.9.16-x86_64-1 installed ? if not, install it.

Otherwise, what is the output of :

Code:
$ ls -l /usr/lib64/libharfbuzz*
You should have something like that :
Code:
$ ls -l /usr/lib64/libharfbuzz*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root   1172 mai   19  2013 /usr/lib64/libharfbuzz.la
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root     22 juil.  4 16:47 /usr/lib64/libharfbuzz.so -> libharfbuzz.so.0.916.0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root     22 juil.  4 16:47 /usr/lib64/libharfbuzz.so.0 -> libharfbuzz.so.0.916.0
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 594408 mai   19  2013 /usr/lib64/libharfbuzz.so.0.916.0
if this is not the case, reinstall the package harfbuzz.
