Firefox and hotmail problem

Hey guys
As of today (I don't know what changed) I can't access my hotmail inbox/outbox etc. through firefox properly. I can view my inbox and what new mails are there, but can't open any of them. I can't make a new mail, or go to my sent folder... in general, I get no response from any buttons I click.

I had updated to slackware current a week (or so) ago and it was working fine until today. Any suggestions?

Thanks

What happens if you try another web browser like Seamonkey?

Seamonkey works, Opera works.
But firefox is my main browser, I don't want to be switching between browsers just for the mail service...

What version of FF are you running?

You might try creating a new profile in FF, and see if FF works any better with a new profile.

Does FF work in safe mode? Toggle popups? Any addons like noscript, adblock, flashblock?

Firefox occasionally gets funky with me on certain pages and I switch to chromium for those; it does seem to happen more frequently with each new release.

cheers,

I am running 10.0.1
I created a new profile and it works great now! Thank you. Any idea what caused it now that we found the solution?

I have had strange problems with older versions that a new profile cleared up the problems. When you said other browsers word, that eliminated a lot. Call it experience.
