Anyway, compiling endeavour is not exactly the same as other "normal" apps. You need to take a peek at its INSTALL file.

In general, you need to run:
Code:
./configure Linux --prefix=/usr --enable="arch-i686"
Assuming you have a Pentium II CPU or newer.
yeah i read that. did it that way, but added my own --enable part. maybe that was the issue. is the prefix required or only if i want to change the default. from INSTALL, i got the impression it only needs to be specified if not default.

After that, instead of make, you run: make all
yup, that's where i got the error.

Finally, you can proceed with make install, or preferably checkinstall (which will create a slackpack of it and install it as well... of course you must have checkinstall installed).
i use checkinstall too

If you find it to be a hassle, I can give you the slackpack I made for endeavour... Just say you want it and I'll upload it somewhere
i'll try it without fiddling with options ;-) and if it's still messed up, i'll ask for that slackpak.

Well, I might not be online too often during the weekends, so just in case...

I've uploaded the slackpack, and you (or anyone else for that matter) can download it here.

@Azmeen:
managed to get it installed without giving extra --enable options. used just
Code:
./configure Linux --enable="arch-i686"
thanks for the package though, i'm sure there are ppl who could use it. linuxpackages should mirror that for the slackware section.

side note: i liked the moto/phrase below the htnet logo. i had to do a Ctrl+Alt+ + to read it. it's a bit small.

endeavour mark II is fast! wow! also windows fm looking.

the windows-ish looking bit i mentioned about xfe and endeavour2 doesn't matter. it's function and features matter more.
