ffmpeg and openjpeg

System: Slackware64-current (up to date) with Alien's KDE5 implementation (also up-to-date).

I do a lot of video editing using kdenlive, and so run a modified version of ffmpeg - basically just adding the extra codecs I need by selecting options in the standard slackbuild.

I've just had to rebuild ffmpeg again to add something I needed, and for the first time, the build has failed saying it was unable to locate libopenjpeg.

Googling for this produces lots of historic bug reports and fixes, which should surely have been fixed by now, and in any event, its always built OK in the past. Something must have changed recently, but what?

Any clues and/or fixes gratefully received!

As a stop-gap, I've compiled ffmpeg without openjpeg support, but I suspect that will give me problems in future......!

this is already fixed in current, I suppose you haven't checked the latest sources yet...

Hi, and thanks for the reply!

Yes, I am building from the latest sources. The last working build was done on the 17th of September, so its something that's changed since then. I will go and double check the slackbuild when I get home, in case I've missed something, but as far as I'm aware, everything is up to date.
