Fedora style MinGW Cross Compile Suite for Slackware?

I recently installed Fedora 14 in VBox from the DVD and found the group install of Wine + MinGW cross compile suite to develop windows software.

Previously in Slack I use Wine + regular MinGW but this is a configured minGW with many libraries such as pthreads and win32API.

Is it possible that a Slackbuild of something similar exists or would I need to make it myself?
