ext2explore problems?

I used ext2explore on my Windows XP box to access my Slackware 13.1 HDD (ext4) and now I cannot boot into slack... I can't exactly say what is wrong, I know it tells me something about partition mismatch (or something along those lines) and to hit ctrl-c to continue boot but if I hit ctrl-c it reboots... Anyone else used this program and had issues? Any suggested ways to fix this? Thanks!

Nah I (think I) read somewhere that it supports ext4, plus I got it to access the data. I just can't get Slack to boot correctly... how do I make it run a check of the partition? I don't get the chance to input anything so I'm not sure what to do....

I am using the latest version. I haven't had a problem accessing my files using ext2explore but I can't get Slackware to boot anymore. That's my issue.
