Exporting DISPLAY to windows xp
Hey guys I need some help. I have to run a windows XP machine at work for certain propriatarey software, but I have several other machines in the building running Slack9 with the 2.6 Kernel.
I want to xport the display of the Slack machine to my Xp machine so I can continue to use the better tools and other features of slack while still using my office's software on this machine.
I use SSHTerm on the XP machine to get into the other machines most of the time if there is something else out there for free that is better then I would like to know that also.
If you have any questions just ask me here I will be around most of the day...

hmmm. have you looked into cygwin? i have had some luck with it, although havn'd had much need with it. but it sort of the opposite of WINE, allowing you to run a good number of linux software under windows.

What about a windows manager I heard someone talk about somethinglike this once is that something that might work. I don't know if they will allow me to install a program like cgywin on my machine, They are real picky about that stuff sometimes...
