eudev 3.2.7 update
At least in my XFCE4 the eudev update makes USB disk mount impossible. The system boot disk is a 120GB SSD where the /etc/fstab file mounts an HDD partition that contains only the tmp, run, var, root and home directories. These directoriy are bind-mounted with system ones in order to use HDD for those directories that are generally written more often. Another partition of the HDD is used as a swap partition. Perhaps this configuration confuses eudev. I downgraded to version 3.2.5 and everything works fine.

This is my /etc/fstab:

/dev/sda2        /            ext4  defaults,noatime,nodiratime,discard  1  1
tmpfs            /dev/shm      tmpfs  defaults  0  0
/dev/sdb1        swap          swap  defaults  0  0
/dev/sdb2        /mnt/seagate  ext4  defaults  0  0

/mnt/seagate/tmp  /tmp        none  bind  0  0
/mnt/seagate/run  /run        none  bind  0  0
/mnt/seagate/var  /var        none  bind  0  0
/mnt/seagate/root  /root        none  bind  0  0
/mnt/seagate/home  /home        none  bind  0  0

I bind mount my /home /var/lib and /var/www off my root drive and have no issues with the update. Maybe the timing of the /tmp or /run mounting could be messing with eudev try commentating one or both of them out and see if you get the same results.

Yesterday I tried to simulate my setup on VirtualBox virtualized environment, but there is no difference between eudev 3.2.5 and eudev 3.2.7, both work well.
Today I did a live test by removing the directory /run from the bind-mount and leaving it on the system SSD and now eudev 3.2.7 works well.

@linuxtinker many thanks for the suggestion.
