errors attempting to compile nvaudio module

I noticed that I couldn't use to programs at the same time and here audio (if I was listening to mp3's with xmms xine would give picture but no sound) so I tried to install the nvaudio module in hopes of fixing the porblem. I downloaded the tar.gz file that contained the nvaudio, nvgart and nvnet, extracted it, cd into the nvaudio directory and ran make the su and make install. Now when I boot up I get a series of errors that say to check demsg and syslog for more information.

This is what's in the dmesg ouput:

The syslog file I'm not posting because it's huge and I'm not sure what's important in it if you need it I can post it though. Also whenver I adjust the volume I have to use aumix because changes in alsamixer don't do anything I think that may have something to do with the problem.Thanks.
