Error --malformed URL

Ok, after some f**king graphics drivers problems I got back to the GUI safe and sound. There's this icon on the desktop -- START HERE. Okay, I like click it and stuff, but I get this error:

malformed URL

What should I do?

GO to properties and check the link out.
maybe something got deleted like this
