Error creating lxc container on slackware64-current

Trying to create an lxc container:
Code:
lxc-create -n slacktest -t slackware
In return
Code:
Configuring...

Adding an etc/fstab that must be modified later with the
full path of the container's rootfs if you decide to move it.
chpasswd: error while loading shared libraries: libpam.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Error creating container slacktest
Code:
find / -type f -iname '*libpam*'
shows nothing.
Code:
slackpkg search pam

Looking for pam in package list. Please wait... DONE

The list below shows all packages with name matching "pam".

No packages match the pattern for install. Try:

	/usr/sbin/slackpkg upgrade|reinstall
What do I miss?

P.S. Does forum search work? I always get 'Database error'.

Not sure, but it could be the reason I see no pam packages in the list
Code:
ls: cannot access '/var/cache/lxc/slackware/rootfs-current-x86_64/var/log/packages/*': No such file or directory

the lxc template for current is in need of an update after the introduction of pam: please try to create a new lxc package yourself from the build script linked here: you can use lftp to clone the build folder
Code:
lftp -c mirror http://ponce.cc/slackware/testing/lxc/
then update your lxc package with the new one.

Thanks for the tip. I've already managed to install 14.2 and upgrade it to current. For future containers will use your template.

A little bit offtopic. As far as you build a lot of things to share in sbo for current, do you use containers as build farms? I'm curious because looking at lxc for this very purpose.

sometimes, but as they are tied to use the same kernel as the host I prefer to use kvm virtual machines.
