Dropline Gnome Themes

I dont want to create a new theme from the startup, all I want is to take all of the interface, and istead of making it bright grey, I want to make it a little bluer in luminosity and contrast, a darker shade of blue. How can I do that?

Have a look in ~/.themes/themename/gtkxxx/gtkrc

Should be able to copy an existing theme and play with settings in the gtkrc
