Does Intel536ep modem work on Slackware 10.1???

HI

I am about to install Slackware 10.1. I have Intel536ep internal modem which has not worked with suse9.3, fedora core 4 and Ubuntu 5.04(despite of patching it).

Please let me know if some one is online using this modem?? If yes how have you done it??

Any body can suggest me "How to" thing to install this modem. i am desperate to be online.
