Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

I don't, but then I never change my backgrounds, because the only time you see my desktop is after a fresh boot. I always have windows open on both monitors, so the desktop is always hidden.
Are you he maintainer and just wanting to take it out of your dropbox, or are you wanting to abandon it?
If you just want somewhere to put the archive, I can put it in my dropbox and leave it there.
Or if you want someone to take it over, I can do that as well. I don't have a website or blog yet, so I wouldn't be able to promote it that way. But I would rather have it in SBo than lose it.
Like others, i didn't know of this package. But i tend not to bother with wallpapers as system packages. I did check out the link in the slackbuilds page though and it looks like a good source of slackware related wallpapers.
yes, I am the maintainer of it. I am not looking to abandon it, just seeing some of the wallpapers in the "This is my Slackware desktop" thread made me curious. I think it needs some major clean-up, many images are bad quality, or are in a resolution too low for today's screens. Others are plain ugly.
