Has anyone ever set up and used this alternative to X with a Slackware environment successfully? If so, what all do I need to know to get a useable UI environment up and running, and any good pointers I should know?
Well, I "think" I have configured. I exited X and ran:
rmmod nvidia
to unload the Nvidia module, and tried to run a test utility like dfbinfo, but it pulled an error regarding the fusion.c module. Not certain what that means, but as my last question failed to mention, is that, if anyone has gotten it working, how did you set it up and what all do I need to know to start a dfb session?
