Did you ever installed initng on slackware?

I want to know which steps should i follow to install initng on slackware. Do you know any tutorials or there are slack packages for it?

no, it's initNG. To make slack boot faster

Never tested, but I suspect it requires strong modifications on startup/services scripts.
If your purpose is just to make Slack boot faster, you could try this
It works fine for me, apart some little modifications on /etc/rc.d/rc.S to get the system booting correctly.
I think latest releases already provide those minor bug fixes.
