dhcpcd eth0: sendmsg: Cannot assign requested address

Something odd happeinig with my Linux box (its VM with bridge interface).
I have set eth0 to get IP address from DHCP. It seems like it reaches DHCP servers and gets IP but after all it releases it immediately and it repeats it in a loop until time out.
With this same DHCP server I have tried with WinXP box (VM with bridge interface also) and it simply works.
I have rebooted my router and it didnt help. If I assign static IP it works.
I see in a log MAC addr of my VM host: hardware address 08:11:96:55:94:84 claims 192.168.0.119 instead of vm guest.

Im out of ideas whats wrong :/. Maybe someone of you can advise something
My system Slackware 14, dhcpcd 5.5.6

Here is a linting of dhcpcd.

Code:

I want to post an update to this post.
I have stopped DHCP server on my router and started DHCP server (isc-dhcpd-4.2.7) on another physical machine.
Here is what I see in /var/log/messages (pay attention to blue text and MAC 00:0c:29:8f:46:e3 )
Again, windows box works - 08:00:27:25:a7:3c (vxp)

I did one try today in my office in corporate network. I started VM with my slack and it works. Corporate DHCP assigned address and my VM host did not reject it or complain at all. Then I tried this same again in my home and the issue returned again :/

I guess I miss some settings in my DHCP server...
No clue.

What are your settings in /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1.conf?
Did you try to change MAC address (HWADDR[0]), eg set it to "08:00:27:25:a7:3c"?
