dhcp setup
I notice during my boot, DHCPCD hangs up for several seconds
Code:
dhcpcd : MAC address = fd:43:fdetc
It only show the mac address of my 10/100 card (eth0), and not my wireless card. (eth1)
I beleive this is my issue with my card connecting to my home network but not the internet, as my gateway isnt being set properly.
Please read this thread aswell. I think its all part and partial to my problem. I'm just not getting any help in the Network section.

If you want to get Slackware setup wireless, you might want to check this out:

thanks, but nothing new there. I believe my wireless card is setup properly, as I can connect to my home network, but not the internet. So something is not routing properly. I achieved that manually adding in my server name.
It has something to do with dhcp configuration, seeing as it does not configure my wireless card.
I have read the man pages for dhcpcd, but I cant see a command to make it configure my wireless card.

looking in /etc/dhcpc there is a eth0.info file(my 10/100 card), but no eth1.info
Anyone know a command to run to create that??

and I partially solved this with the command
Internet works fine.
THis is only temp though. when I reboot, I have to do it again. Now I could add the script to run in my interface configuration editor when I bring my wifi connection up. But how do I get it to happen at boot like it does with my 10/100 card?
