Talking denying computer thur mac address squid

hi

i justs install squid in my slackware 10.2 box and it install smoothly without a problem and all my client computer can browse thru the internet. then i edit squid.conf to give only specific computer access to the internet and deny all:

acl comp1 src 192.168.0.12
http_access allow comp1
http_access deny all

now i want to change the rules i want mac address instead of ip address. i read the manual that i must first
configure --enable-arp-acl
make clean
make
before i can use arp and i done all the steps that say i must do before using:

acl_comp1 arp 00:00:00:00:00:00
http_access allow comp1

went i restart my computer it give a repeatedly error and squid is terminated due to repeated error.
can anyone give me the correct setup of my squid...thks advance!
