Dell 600m question

Can I get Linux to "see" the volume buttons on a dell 600m? I would like to use those in KDE, but I am not sure how to set it up if it's even possible. Thanks

According to this page (about 7/8 of the way down, do a find on "volume up and down"), you can install hotkeys and create a def file (or use his) to get these keys working. That page is written for Debian, but the procedure should be basically the same for Slack.
