Default httpd.conf file for slackware needed

I accidentally wrote over the httpd.conf that comes with slackware with my version of it. Then, I realized that my version didn't work, mainly because I had user set to apache, which was not a valid user by default on slackware. Could anyone tell me what user apache uses by default on slackware, or, even better, post the default un-played-with /etc/apache/httpd.conf file that comes with Slackware? This would help me a lot.
Oh yes, I know that there's a file httpd.conf.default that comes with it, but thats the default for apache, not the default for slackware, and thus doesn't work.

Thanks in advance,
Edward S. Rice

Why don't you just get the file out of
/<cdrom1>/slackware/n/apache*.tgz?

It's a plain tar.gz file that can easily be exploded.
You can copy the file from there ... or even use mc
to look into the file and copy httpd.conf on the fly.

Cheers,
Tink
