Cutting out the Slack Installer

Hi! Does anybody know how to 'cut out' the Slackware Installer from the cd/dvd? I mean, I want to create an independed bootable ISO image, that would include only the program for installing Slackware, something like this Arch-linux net installer. I want it to boot, let you manage partitions with cfdisk and than add them to the fstab and when it comes to installation it would prompt you to point the installation source on your hard drive partition... and install Slack from your hard drive.
I predict it wouldn't weight more than 20-30 MB but what do I need to cut out from the installation dvd to get what I'm looking for...?
Or maybe someone has already split the installer form the rest of Slackware dvd, but I just can't find it?
Will be grateful for any help.

Check out Aliens scripts. He has scripts to make a USB or mini-iso installer. You may have to modify them a bit for 12.1, but they will work.

The mini-iso installer would indeed be what you are looking for.
The script to create that ISO is here: http://www.slackware.com/~alien/tool...ate_miniiso.sh
