Hi. I'm building my custom Slackware CD using
Cooking Up Some Slack (CUSS) and I would like to boot by default the 2.6.16.22 kernel... which is easy to do using Pat's kernel config and kernel image, but I would like to recompile that kernel under my own needs, make the image and use it at a boot image like bare.i is, or test.s ! Does anyone know how to do that ? Cause I'm a little confused by that .i, .s suffix and all those folders with configs in it, etc. Thanks.
