-current httpd config has wrong apr

I'm trying to build an apache module (mod_fcgid), but apache's config /usr/lib64/httpd/build/config_vars.mk lists its apr version as 1.6.5, but we seem to have 1.7 installed.

httpd probably should be recompiled against apr 1.7, and this will probably get fixed pronto in -current once pointed out, but in the mean time you could fix it for yourself.

I wouldn't know the consequences of changing the API in the config_vars.mk to satisfy your build, but it generally wouldn't be good practice.
