current 20150821: cannot browse samba shares with Thunar anymore

Hello,

after installing the latest updates, I noticed that I'm unable to browse Samba shares using Thunar. Instead, I get a dialog box saying:

Code:
Failed to open URI "smb://192.168.1.6/Photos".
The specified location is not supported.
I don't use this feature often, but I think it worked with the updates before this big one. Can someone confirm this? My laptop (32 bit) as well as my desktop (64 bit) are affected, I can only browse ftp sites. Also, when clicking on "Networks" in Thunar's sidebar, it shows 0 objects and does not detect anything. I can access my shares fine using smbclient, though. smbtree also displays the shares correctly.

Most likely, Tunar needs a rebuild against current (upgraded) SAMBA. So, it is a "victim" of the latest updates into -current.

I suggest you to do the rebuild or maybe you want to wait for updates in -current.

I rebuilt gvfs and then Thunar. Now it's working. Rebuilding Thunar alone did not work. Anyway, thanks.

edit: Note: It was only necessary to rebuild gvfs.
