Create public_html dir during adduser

How would I go about making the system create a public_html right after I do a 'adduser'. So I don't have to do it manually?

Thanks!

Would it apply the proper permissions on that public_html directory, so the user can get access to it?

Works perfect, thanks for your time. Seems the permissions are all good to go as well.

Thanks!
