[SOLVED] cpan2tgz on slackware -current (Dec 11, 2015)

I have found that cpan2tgz is not working on my slackware -current setup after performing tirelessly on 14.1. Seems to no longer download and build prerequisites, an example:

    !  Class::Accessor is not installed
    !  LWP::UserAgent is not installed
    !  XML::LibXML is not installed

ERRORS/WARNINGS FOUND IN PREREQUISITES.  You may wish to install the versions
of the modules indicated above before proceeding with this installation

and dies shortly after. Just my system or do I need to wait for an update to cpan2tgz? Running 0.6.8...

And in good news for me Jason has made a change to git following my email and now cpan2tgz works perfectly on Slackware -current
