Maybe you should check with the developers of i2pd. It isn't a stock Slackware package and it isn't available on SBo. It seems that many Slackers haven't used it, so it might be hard for us to try and figure out how to use a program we've never used.
Also, it's useful to provide a URL to the project you are talking about. i2pd is a protocol, so whatever you are building is a project that uses i2pd. Which project are you building and attempting to use?
