citrix SSL error 61

I have installed for the first time citrix on my Slackware 14.2 desktop.
Trying to login I get the next error:Sectigo RSA Organization Validation Secure Server CA, error 61, contact your organization's helpdesk.
Helpdesk says connection to Citrix not secured for this operatingsystem.
So I cannot use Citrix, are there other people (in The Netherlands) who has the same problem, or has a solution?

I don't use citrix but, as a wild guess, is your slackware 14.2 up-to-date?
have you applied all of the updates available for 14.2 or is this a pristine installation (with no updates applied)?

I stopped trying to get the Linux Citrix Receiver to work properly on Slackware. Among others, I got that error 61 which I was able to fix, but there will be more errors and issues. I wrote an article about my findings, perhaps it will help you:

But instead, I added the Citrix Workspace plugin to my Chromium:
Works perfectly and Chromium keeps the plugin updated to the latest available version automatically.

I have no issue getting Citrix Receiver working on Linux - I use it for work every day. I USED to have issues, but for some reason, I missed the installation script and tried to manually copy the files - that was messing things up.. I DO have to update the default install with a couple of certificates from work - but after that, works fine. And that's a per-company specific thing. I also added a "" shell script I can call from Firefox, so that I log in, click on an icon, and when it downloads the .ica file, I tell it to open with

/opt/Citrix/ICAClient$ cat
export ICAROOT
$ICAROOT/wfica -file $1

I'm using 13.4, IIRC, but 13.5 and 13.6 and earlier versions also work(ed).

Alien Bob: your document is for 12.x - that's pretty old, and the 32-bit only info is out of date. I run 13.x with a 64-bit only build. I haven't used multilib in YEARS (not at all in 14.2) and I still use Citrix pretty much every single day.
