Cisco Aironet 340 Wireless on Slackware 9.0

Giving the dreaded Slackware Distro a try and I am loving the speed of it... My first problem is getting my wireless card to work. Since I am a newbie with Linux in general and the only Distro's I have touched at the moment are Redhat and Suse I have no clue how to get the Wireless working.

"ANY" help would be appreciated.

I am a windows admin making the switch to linux so please be gentle.

Thanks ahead of time,
