Changing from KDE to fluxbox

okay well if you saw my other post i had alot of trouble installing 10.1 (the second disk didn't quite install so perfectly) so i have a faulty install of kde which i happened to choose as my xwindows server or whatever. so how exactly would i change to flux or gnome even? im pretty sure the other managers installed just fine.

i really need to know what files to edit, what programs to use, and what commands to use so please be patient with me i promise it wont be in vain!

type xwmconfig from a terminal and choose the DE/WM you wish to start when you type startx

You can use a utility provided to select between different window managers called: xwmconfig
It will let you select a window manager that was installed from official Slackware packages.
If you run it as root it will select the default window manager for all the users. If you do with a normal user it will do for that user only.

Edit: Beaten ;)
