changing desktop environment/window manager ??

hi guys,

i installed slack and i chose KDE but my option = it sux.
i have used fluxbox before and really liked it.
so can anyone help me out please how to change to fluxbox, so when i do "startx" that fluxbox loads (it should be installed as i did full install with slack 9.1)
