change TTL
I have a problem with my TTL, and more precisely with my ISP who set this value to 1. I want to use my linux box to do NAT for my home network, but because of that TTL=1 from my ISP, I can't do it. Read some articles about how to change TTL value but it doesn't work for me. When I execute command for changing the TTL value, it gives me a strange message:
"Unknown error 4294967295"
The command which I try to execute is:
iptables -t mangle -A POSTROUTING -o eth1 -j TTL --ttl-set 10
(where eth1 is the interface connected to the ISP)
Can anyone help me sort out this problem.
Thanks in advance.

Just a guess, check to see if you have "ipt_ttl" module loaded.
