CCSM error in slack 12

I'm getting this error when trying to run the compiz config settings manager.

Code:
sh-3.1$ ccsm
Info: No sexy-python package found, don't worry it's optional.
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/local/bin/ccsm", line 37, in <module>
    import compizconfig
ImportError: /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/compizconfig.so: undefined symbol: ccsEdgesToStringList
anyone have a solution?

I've been fighting with trying to get the svn build to compile. until I get that to work, I'm not going to worry about it

Check if you have all dependencies met. Is compic-config a separate package or not?
