cannot compile nvidia-driver from slackbuilds.org on Slackware64-14.0
Hello, I am running Slackware64-14.0 with kernel-generic-3.2.45,
uname -a:
Code:
#1 SMP Fri May 31 20:05:26 CDT 2013 x86_64 Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux
I am trying to compile the nvidia-driver package from slackbuilds.org, but it fails with the following error message:
Code:
Creating directory NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-319.17
Verifying archive integrity... OK
Uncompressing NVIDIA Accelerated Graphics Driver for Linux-x86_64 319.17.....................................................................................................................................................................
/tmp/SBo/NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-319.17
CC backup.c
backup.c: In function 'do_backup':
backup.c:228:14: error: 'ENOENT' undeclared (first use in this function)
backup.c:228:14: note: each undeclared identifier is reported only once for each function it appears in
make: *** [_out/Linux_x86_64/backup.o] Error 1
I had messed the kernel headers after the kernel upgrade. There was an internet interruption during the upgrade. Now I upgraded everything again, and all compiles ok.
Thank you for your reply.
