Can Mailman be setup with ms exchange smtp?

If the company uses ms exchange for their SMTP server and you want to setup a
mailing list manager running on apache and linux, has anyone tried using
mailman with ms exchange as the smtp server? I tried to google some information on mailman and exchange setup.. but did not find one...

I would like to know if this is possible?
Has anyone tried it?

I don't know the answer to this but I'd try posting outside of just the slackware thread as this is not slackware specific.
