Can I get UStream TV to run on my xfce4.4.2 box

Running Slackware12, Xfce4.4.2, piii600e, pc100, 640mb x2swap, ATI Rage128 AGP32mb...Firefox 2.0.0.4
This is my goto box in other words the only one I use to go online with and
want to go into a Ustream TV chat session. I think maybe I don't have enough buffering and don't know howto increase it for Firefox and or Xfce?

Anyone know what I have to do? #I am not trying to hook a cam to this box, just want to watch and listen to the video feed from a particular chat event and use text messaging. Thanks

I've just watched a few (flash) videos and posted a remark. All went well. What exactly does not work for you?

So apparently you have the flash plugin installed and it's working.
It looks like some program is blocking this site.
Are you behind a proxy?
Some kind of filter?

Info about proxies: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proxy_server
and about content filtering: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Content-control_software

But I guess you don't use them, otherwise you would have known.

Other possibilities:
Does it work with another browser?
Do you use Firefox? If so, try (from a terminal) firefox -safe-mode. Does that help?
