Since Slackware went into Beta stage, I cannot suspend nor hibernate. I know other people have this issue, but I can’t find any really similar to mine. Can you help me? I’m using Zenwalk.

NetworkManager seems to be the problem, but I’m not quite sure.
I have no problems with suspend to ram or hibernate. But I use grub2 and I go direct to run level 4 in my /etc/inittab my grub has a resume=/dev/sdxx so
I use the proprietary driver. on my old asus MB.
I had issues with NVidia. in 14.1.
after upgrading to a newer system. went megabyte
with this bundle I have had no issues.
I spent a long time tweaking to get the other system
finally got a hybrid suspend to disk.
It all came down to my bios and MB.
